Upstairs the wall-to-wall
carpeted Parents Retreat is wood-panelled with a brick feature wall. It
stretches the full 12-metre length of the house and has its own large ensuite and huge walk-in robe.
Panoramic-view sliding doors open to the wide wrap-around balcony overlooking the river below. This balcony can also be directly accessed from the outside deck below. At the top of the stairs, a door opens to a large well-lit and ventilated roof space which offers lots of extra storage (it could be turned into an additional Cape-Cod style living area.) Ceiling fans are installed upstairs where it is always comfortably warm while the downstairs area stays cool (without air-conditioning) on even the hottest summer's day.
